Sunday Matcha Flow | Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Bonnie
Join us for a slow, restorative Sunday Reset at Haven.
This intimate experience features a calming yin yoga practice led by Bonnie, paired with a deeply immersive sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls. As you move through gentle, restorative postures, the layered tones of the bowls will help guide your body into deeper relaxation, release tension, and reset your nervous system.
