Extras & Booking Details
Enhance your experience with upgrades and add-ons such as Gel/Shellac polish, Luxe facials, Elim Spa pedicures, rose petal foot soaks, custom florals, or personalized Haven gift bags. Hair and makeup styling, professional photography, charcuterie service, or valet transportation to and from one location within a 50 km radius can also be arranged by request.
All packages include event coordination by a Haven host, use of spa linens, glassware, and disposables, plus setup and cleanup. Food partners include Muskoka River Bagel Co. and Bumblebee Pastries — please advise of any dietary needs when booking.
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. Final guest count and any upgrades are due 7 days prior. Packages may be rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice; deposits are non-refundable within that window. All pricing subject to HST and a 15% event service charge. Alcohol service follows Haven’s in-house policy; non-alcoholic options available upon request.
